Refund requests are considered within 14 days of service commencement for consultation packages, or within 30 days for comprehensive strategy development services. We've found these timeframes give clients enough opportunity to assess whether our approach matches their expectations.

Services that have been substantially delivered, such as completed tax assessments or finalized optimization strategies, are typically not eligible for full refunds. However, we're always open to discussing partial refunds or service modifications that better suit your situation.

Digital materials and downloadable resources cannot be refunded once accessed, as we have no way to retrieve this information. We mention this upfront because it's only fair to be transparent about these limitations.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. The actual appearance in your account depends on your payment method - credit cards usually take 3-5 business days, while bank transfers can take up to 7 business days. We'll provide tracking information where possible.

Different payment methods have different refund processing characteristics, and we want you to know what to expect based on how you originally paid.

Credit and debit card refunds appear as credits on your statement, usually within 3-5 business days after we process them. Bank transfer refunds require us to initiate a direct transfer back to your account, which typically takes 5-7 business days but can occasionally take longer during busy banking periods.
